LMFT
Mark Wilkes is a thoughtful and dedicated therapist who specializes in helping individuals and couples build meaningful relationships, discover purpose, and live with greater intention. With a calming presence and a deep understanding of trauma and anxiety related challenges, Mark creates a safe space for clients to explore their inner world and move toward lasting emotional wellness.
Mark holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology, expected in 2026. His clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He believes in the transformative power of intentional living, emotional connection, and practical tools that foster lasting change.
Outside the therapy room, Mark finds renewal in the mountains—trail running and mountain biking in the summer, and skiing in the winter. He’s also a gifted musician who enjoys playing the piano and cello. Most of all, he treasures time with his wife and their six children, embracing the joy and adventure of family life.
