Jessica Saxton

Jessica Saxton

Child/Adolescent Therapy (up to 18 years of age), Individual Counseling (18 years and older)

CMHC, NCC

Jessica Saxton is a compassionate and steady presence for adults, adolescents, caregivers, and families navigating the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational strain. She brings a calming confidence to her work, helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they strengthen secure connections and rebuild trust within themselves and their relationships.

With a special focus on trauma and attachment based therapy, Jessica understands how deeply early experiences shape emotional patterns, family dynamics, and a person’s sense of safety. She works closely with individuals and families to untangle these patterns, reduce conflict, and foster healthier communication and connection. Her clients appreciate her ability to balance practical skill‑building with deeper healing work, creating a space where growth feels both accessible and meaningful.

Jessica’s approach is integrative and evidence based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), sand tray therapy, and psychodynamic principles. She is skilled in helping clients explore the deeper emotional roots of their struggles, understand long standing relational patterns, and develop greater insight into how past experiences shape present day responses. She provides developmentally responsive, trauma informed care that honors each client’s unique story and pace. By addressing both present day symptoms and the attachment wounds beneath them, she helps clients create lasting, transformative change.

Her goal is to offer a safe, collaborative environment where adults, teens, and families can build resilience, restore connection, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Outside the therapy room, Jessica finds joy in spending time with her family and being outdoors—whether she’s hiking, kayaking, or snowboarding. These moments of adventure and connection fuel the warmth and authenticity she brings to her work.
