Sandi Williams, LMFT, holds Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. With 15 year’s experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she brings deep expertise in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Her areas of specialization include relationships, life transitions, anxiety, parenting, grief, trauma, and family conflict. Sandi is trained in a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Sandplay and Play Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Sandi is a full-time professor in the Psychology and Counseling Department at Utah Valley University and an active speaker at national workshops and conferences. She has authored numerous articles and is the co-author of Key Core Beliefs: Unlocking the HEART of Happiness and Health. She also serves on the board of the National Board of Trauma Specialists.
