LCMHC
Michelle Dabel is a deeply compassionate therapist who walks with individuals through some of life’s most painful and disorienting experiences. She has a special gift for supporting those navigating trauma, attachment injuries, and the complex emotional landscape of betrayal trauma—including the anxiety, grief, identity confusion, and PTSD symptoms that often follow. Clients describe her presence as grounding, gentle, and steady, offering a place where the heart can finally exhale.
Betrayal can shake the very foundations of who you are—your sense of safety, faith, identity, and purpose. Michelle understands this tender terrain both personally and professionally. She creates a safe, non judgmental space where your story can be spoken honestly and held with respect. Her approach blends insight, compassion, and practical tools that help clients begin to rebuild clarity, trust, and inner strength.
Michelle is certified in Lifespan Integration and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Her trauma informed lens allows her to integrate these modalities in a way that honors each person’s pace, resilience, and lived experience. She believes healing is not about erasing the past, but about weaving it into a more whole, empowered sense of self.
Whether you are working to heal from betrayal, regulate overwhelming emotions, develop healthier attachment patterns, or simply make peace with your life story, Michelle offers a warm and steady partnership in the healing process. Her clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, more understood, and more capable of moving forward with confidence and hope.
